Going down the path of finding, trying on and buying a swimsuit is stressful for a large percentage of women regardless of age, nationality, body type or size.I know you are probably going to say Oh Tracey, I know why, “My body’s not right, or it’s not this or it’s not that” The little voice of the mind is saying it’s not what it should be. “Shoulds” build up stress pretty quickly.
