RETURNS & EXCHANGESPolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 14 days for Australia and 45 days for International, from the despatch date. Returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days from date of despatch for Australian customers and within 45 days for international customers. Exchange items will be sent by Australian Air Express in Australia and airmail to international destinations. Please allow 14 days for us to receive your return items and process your request for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers. Outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must return the goods to us. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds - Credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. In order to expedite your return or exchange request in a timely manner, please be sure to fill out the enclosed Return & Exchange form and send it back along with your return package.
