Despatch Lead Times

CURRENT DESPATCH LEAD TIME: 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS

This is the time from when we receive your payment to when it is despatched. It varies according to demand and stock levels.

To estimate when your order will be delivered, please take the following into account:

All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, Exquisite Life reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect billing information in which you will not be charged.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 12 noon EST will begin to be processed the next business day

To estimate when your order will be delivered please take into account, for security purposes and as a protection to our customers, all online orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank prior to processing. You may be contacted within 24 business hours for further billing verification. If we do not contact you, your order will be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped.

As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment details.

• Parcels must be signed for
• No delivery is made to Post Office Boxes
• Please ensure your daytime delivery address and contact phone numbers are correct.  This will enable the courier company to deliver your parcel
• Re-Delivery fees will apply if no-one is available to take receipt of and sign for the parcel

All packages are sent in plain wrapping with our postal return address as the only identifying marks. Contents are described as 'swimwear' for customs purposes.

Customs duty & taxes

Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are determined once the shipment reaches your country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any such charges. As we cannot predict what these charges may be, please ask your customs department for rates and limits before you place an order.
